Cancellation Policy

Due to the real-time automated nature of government traffic enforcement clearinghouses and Vahan 4.0 data systems:

Instant Processing Directive

Challan settlements and digital lookup authorizations cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed and submitted to government gateways.

If a transaction fails before gateway submission, no cancellation request is necessary and any deducted funds will be automatically reconciled per our Refund Policy.
